Eduard Hochreiter

Eduard Hochreiter is Senior Research Associate with the wiiw - The Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies. His research focuses on transition economies and monetary integration issues. Previously he served as Director of the Joint Vienna Institute (JVI), was Senior Adviser and Head of the Economic Studies at the Oesterreichische Nationalbank, served as Alternate member of the Economics and Finance Committee of the EU, as a member of the Monetary Policy Committe (MPC) and was Associate Professor at the Vienna University of Business and Economics.
