Elena Durante

Elena Durante is an Economist at the Central Bank of Ireland within the Macro-Financial Division. Previously she worked as a Financial Stability Analyst in the Directorate General Macroprudential Policy and Financial Stability of the European Central Bank. Elena obtained her Ph.D. in Economics from La Sapienza University. Her research mainly focuses on the linkages between the real and financial sector using big data from banks, firms and households to understand these linkages and their effects on the macroeconomy.
