Elena Pavlova

Elena Pavlova is a Senior Economist at the DG Economic Developments, European Central Bank and currently pursuing external work experience at DG Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union, European Commission. She graduated with a PhD in Economics from the Helmut Schmidt University Hamburg. Since 2008, she has worked consecutively at the European Commission and at the European Central Bank. Her research focuses on international trade and global value chains, foreign direct investment and monetary policy.
