Emily Liu is a Financial Analyst in the International Finance Division of the Federal Reserve Board. Her work focuses on cross-border financial flows, with a particular interest in offshore banking centers. She received her Master of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in May 2015.
