Enrica Maria Martino is a postdoctoral researcher at the Economic Demography department at INED (Paris) and postdoctoral fellow at CHILD – Collegio Carlo Alberto. She is a VisitInps fellow since 2016 and a tutor for the VisitInps program since 2017. She received her PhD from the University of Turin and her M.Sc. from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Her research interests lie in the area of Labor Economics, with a focus on family policies, gender inequality and migration.
