Erik von Uexkull is an Economist with the ILO’s Trade and Employment Program. His research interests include trade and employment, regional integration, export diversification, and the impact of the global economic crisis on developing countries. He has previously worked at the World Bank (International Trade Department) the IMF (Research Department) and as a Guest Lecturer at Dresden University of Technology. He holds an MA in International Economics and Development from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in International Relations from Dresden University of Technology.
