Ernesto Crivelli is an Economist in the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He was previously a Senior Fellow of the Max Plank Institute in Germany. Dr. Crivelli has published on tax policy and fiscal decentralisation issues. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Bonn, Germany.
