I am The Rosita Herczeg Professor of Economics at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I am also a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research in London (CEPR). Most of my research focuses on two subject areas within the field of Political Economy: Terrorism and Political Violence, and Positive Studies of Taxation and Redistribution.
