Estefania Santacreu-Vasut

Associate Professor of Economics at Essec Business School

Estefania Santacreu-Vasut is Associate Professor of Economics at ESSEC Business School and THEMA, in Paris. She received her PhD in Economics at UC Berkeley in 2010. Her fields of research are language and economics, institutions and economic history. She teaches Macroeconomic Theory, Growth and Development and Economic History at ESSEC Business School and has been Visiting Professor at UC Berkeley in the Berkeley Economic History Lab (BEHL) during the summers of 2011, 2012 and 2013. Her research has been published in the Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization and Journal of Internation Business Studies, among others. She received the 2015 SSE/WAIB Award for Increased Gender Awareness in IB Research Sponsored by the Stockholm School of Economics (SEE) and Women in AIB (WAIB) and the 2014 SSE/WAIB Award for Increased Gender Awareness in IB Research Sponsored by the Stockholm School of Economics (SEE) and Women in AIB (WAIB).
