Evren Örs is an Associate Professor of Finance at HEC Paris, France. He is the Academic Director of the HEC Paris Executive Master in Finance and its associated executive certificates. Evren has papers published in the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Money Credit and Banking, and Journal of Labor Economics, among other academic journals. His main research interests are financial institutions and corporate finance. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from Boston College in 1999.
