Federico Díez

Economist at International Monetary Fund

v´Federico J Díez is an economist in the Structural Reforms Unit of the IMF’s Research Department, where he focuses on issues related to competition and innovation in product markets. His research interests include the organization of firms, entrepreneurship, international trade and macroeconomics. Prior to joining the Fund, he was an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
