Federico Etro

Professor at University Of Florence

Federico Etro is Professor at the University of Florence, where he teaches international economics. He previously taught at the University of Venice, the University of Milan, the Luiss University of Rome and the University of Edinburgh. Etro has published numerous articles in journals such as the American Economic Review, American Economic Journal: Microeconomics, European Economic Review, International Economic Review, Economic Journal, Rand Journal of Economics, Journal of Mathematical Economics, Journal of Economic History, and many others. He has written three books (Competition, Innovation, and Antitrust, 2007; Endogenous Market Structures and the Macroeconomy, 2009; and Competition Law and the Enforcement of Art. 102, 2011) and has been Editor in Chief of the Journal of Cultural Economics and Research in Economics. He has been consultant on antitrust matters regarding digital platforms and high-tech sectors.
