Fenghua Song is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University. His primary research interests are corporate governance and financial intermediation. His work has appeared in the Economic Journal, the Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, and the Journal of Risk. Fenghua received his PhD from Washington University in St. Louis, MSc from National University in Singapore, and BSE from Tsinghua University.
