Francesco Daveri is a Professor of Economics at the University of Parma. He also teaches Macroeconomics in the MBA Program of Bocconi University in Milan. His research is on the extent and the causes of productivity growth in Europe and its implications for labour and product markets. He has been a Research Fellow of IGIER, a member of the Scientific Committee of the Centro Studi Confindustria and a Consultant to the World Bank, the Italian Ministry of the Economy and the European Commission.
