Francesco Zollino

Francesco Zollino was born in 1963, graduated in Bocconi University in 1989, earned a PhD in Economics at Pavia University in 1994 and at Southampton University (UK) in 2001; in 2000 he spent one year as Visiting Fellow at Princeton University (US). Since 1994 he has been working as an Economist at the Research Department of the Bank of Italy, first in the International Economy Department and, since 1998 in the Economic Outlook and Monetary Policy Department. His research fields are: growth and social mobility, savings, productivity and competitiveness, housing markets, economic history. His recent publications are: Productivity with S. Broadberry and F.
