Francisco Varela Sandoval

Francisco Varela Sandoval is a graduate student at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University. Previously, he worked for the Office of the President of Mexico as an advisor on ICT policy, and at the Mexican Institute for Transparency, implementing regulations to improve privacy and promote freedom of information.
