Friedrich Breyer is Professor of Public Economics at the University of Konstanz, Germany, and Research Professor at the German Institute of Economic Research (DIW) in Berlin. He is President-elect of the German Health Economics Association (dggö). His research interests are health economics and social policy, and his work has been published in the Journal of Health Economics, Health Economics and the Journal of Public Economics, among others.
