Galen Sher

Galen Sher is an Economist working on Germany in the IMF's European Department. Previously, he worked in the IMF's Research, Western Hemisphere and Monetary and Capital Markets Departments. Before joining the IMF, Galen was a research economist at the Bank of England and obtained his PhD at the University of Oxford. His research focuses on applied econometrics and risk measurement.
