Georgina Santos is a Lecturer in Transport and the Environment at the Transport Studies Unit in the Oxford University Centre for the Environment at the University of Oxford . Her main research interests are transport and environmental economics, particularly road traffic congestion and congestion charging, the environmental costs of road transport, airport congestion, and the environmental costs of aviation. She holds a first degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional del Sur , Argentina, an MSc in Environmental and Resource Economics from University College London , and a PhD in Economics from University of Cambridge.
