A national of France, Mr. Terrier graduated from the Universities of Grenoble and Chicago. In the IMF, he has worked in the Western Hemisphere (WHD), Exchange and Trade Relations, and African Departments, and is currently Deputy Director in the Fiscal Affairs Department (FAD).
