Giuseppe Moscarini is a professor of economics at Yale University, Co-Director of the Research Program in Macroeconomics at the Cowles Foundation for Research in Economics, and Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, where he co-chairs the working group on Aggregate Labor Markets. He is a former co-editor of Theoretical Economics and Associate Editor of the American Economic Review and the Journal of Economic Theory. He received his PhD in economics at MIT in 1996. His research fields are macroeconomics and information economics, with an emphasis on labor markets (job search, unemployment, turnover, wage dynamics) and on pricing and inflation. He published articles in international academic journals, including American Economic Review, Econometrica, Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Labor Economics, Journal of Monetary Economics, Review of Economic Studies.
