Guido Franco

Junior Economist at Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD)

Guido Franco is a Junior Economist at the Economics Department of the OECD. He obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the "University of Rome Tor Vergata"; during his doctoral studies he participated to the Graduate Program at the Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance (EIEF) and worked as an external consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank. Before starting his Ph.D., he obtained a Master degree in Economics at "Bocconi University" and worked as a business analyst for the consulting firm Arthur D. Little. His main research interests are in resources misallocation, productivity dynamics, and, more generally, applied economics.
