Hanna Sakhno is a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Groningen and a trainee at the European Central Bank (DGI-EXT). Her academic research focuses on the drivers of populist voting and the political cost of decarbonization in Europe. Hanna’s policy work covers Ukrainian human capital, new economy, and digital society.
