Discussion paper
Hans Holter is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Oslo. He received his S.B. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, and his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Hans' research interests are at the intersection of macroeconomics, labour economics and public finance. His recent work has focused on the impact of fiscal policies on intergenerational mobility and labour supply decisions.
