Hongrui Zhang

Consultant at Inter-american Development Bank

Hongrui Zhang is a consultant to the Connectivity, Markets and Finance Division of the IDB. Formerly a Research Assistant at the Research Department of the IMF, where he has worked on international macroeconomics and trade. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
