Hyunseung Oh is a Principal Economist in the Division of International Finance of the Federal Reserve Board. His main area of research is macroeconomics, focusing on investment dynamics and fiscal policy. He has published papers in several leading journals including the Journal of Financial Economics, the Journal of Monetary Economics, and the Review of Economics and Statistics. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Board, he was an Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University and a B.A. degree from Seoul National University.
