Ignacio Ortuño-Ortin is Professor of Economics at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He holds a PhD in Economics from University of California, Davis. His research interests focus on political economy, public economics, intergenerational social mobility and cultural diversity. He has published in journals such as the Journal of Public Economics, Journal of the European Economic Association, PlosOne and the Journal of Development Economics.
