Iman van Lelyveld is a Senior Economist at De Nederlandsche Bank (Economic Policy and Research Division) and runs the Data Science Hub. He has been a member of the Basel Committee’s Research Task Force and has chaired international groups on stress testing and liquidity. He holds a tenured part-time professorship at VU Amsterdam. In the past he has been with Deutsche Bank, the Bank of England and the BIS. He has published in, amongst others, the Journal of Financial Intermediation, the Journal of Banking & Finance, the International Journal of Central Banking, the Journal of Financial Stability. Currently he is working on bank capital shocks and networks in interbank markets.
