Isaac Baley is an Associate Professor of Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, an Associated Researcher at CREI, and an Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona School of Economics.
He received his Ph.D. in Economics from New York University and a Master in Economic Theory from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
His research aims to understand how agents behave in environments with micro-level frictions---information, adjustment costs, and search and matching---and the implications of these choices for macroeconomic outcomes.
