Isabelle Salle is a Principal Researcher in the Financial Markets Department of the Bank of Canada and a research fellow at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Amsterdam and at the Tinbergen Institute. She received her PhD from the University of Bordeaux in 2012 and has visited Simon Fraser University, the University of Oregon, the University of New South Wales, the University of Technology Sydney and Paris Dauphine University. Her research concerns behavioural macroeconomics and finance. She has published various articles about macroeconomic agent-based models, heterogeneous-expectation models and laboratory experiments for policy design in peer-reviewed journals.
