Isabelle Solal

Isabelle Solal is a postdoctoral research fellow at INSEAD’s Stone Centre for the Study of Wealth Inequality, where she works primarily on issues of gender inequality in access to financial capital and labor market opportunities. Specifically, her dissertation examines the processes that contribute to the underrepresentation of women among funded entrepreneurs. Isabelle holds a PhD in Management and an MBA from INSEAD, as well ass degrees in French, English, and European law. Isabelle worked as an attorney prior to entering academia.
