Izumi Yokoyama

Assistant Professor, Graduate School of Economics and School of International and Public Policy at Hitotsubashi University

Izumi Yokoyama is an assistant professor at the Graduate School of Economics and at the School of International and Public Policy, both at Hitotsubashi University. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2013. Her research interests focus on labor economics and applied econometrics. She has published numerous papers in academic journals including the Industrial and Labor Relations Review and Canadian Journal of Economics, and IZA Journal of Labor Economics etc. She has presented in various seminars around the world on her research expertise, including in Beijing, Tokyo, and Bonn. She is a member of the Japanese Economic Association, American Economic Association, and European Association of Labour Economists.
