Jakob Molinder is a postdoctoral researcher in Economic History at Lund and Uppsala University.
His research areas are in the economic history of labor markets and geography of economic development. He is particularly interested in the interaction of labor markets, urbanization, and geographically uneven economic growth. He is currently working in a project led by Kerstin Enflo and Tobias Karlsson examining strike activity in Sweden from early industrialization to the Second World War. He also does work on historical urban economic and social geography, regional wages, and income inequality.
