James O'Brien

Assistant Professor of Economics at Gettysburg College

James O’Brien is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Gettysburg College, where he teaches environmental economics and quantitative methods. His research focuses on issues in environmental economics and policy. Prior to Gettysburg College, James worked as a Staff Economist at the Council of Economic Advisers and completed his PhD in economics at Georgetown University in 2014.
