Jarko Fidrmuc is a professor of international economics at the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen, Germany, and research fellow at CESifo Munich, Institute of East European Studies in Regensburg, Germany, Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO) in Austria, and Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), Lithuania. He received his PhD. degree in Economics at the University of Vienna in 1999. His research concentrates on European integration, globalization, China and Eastern Europe, and international macroeconomics and finance.
