Jason Lennard is an Assistant Professor at the London School of Economics, a Research Affiliate at the Centre for Economic Policy Research, a Member of the Centre for Macroeconomics, and a Research Associate at the Economic Statistics Centre of Excellence. He studies the macroeconomic history of the United Kingdom since the Industrial Revolution. His work has been published in the Economic History Review, European Review of Economic History, Explorations in Economic History and Journal of Economic Literature. He has a PhD in Economic History from Lund University. Prior to joining the London School of Economics, he was a Senior Economist at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research.
