Jay Surti is a Deputy Chief in the IMF's Global Financial Stability Analysis Division. He has also worked in the European and African departments of the IMF previously. His research interests cover financial institutions, markets and instruments and macro prudential policy. Mr. Surti holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Boston University.
