Jeff Lingwall is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Truman State University. He obtained his JD from Yale and PhD from Carnegie Mellon University. Before teaching, he clerked for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and practiced mass litigation defense law. His research interests include the economics of civil procedure and the history of education in the United States.
