Jessica Exton is a behavioural scientist working within the International Consumer Economics team at ING. Jessica runs the ING International Survey and practically applies behavioural science throughout the retail organisation.Originally from Australia, she holds an MSc in Behavioural Economics from the University of Amsterdam and Bachelor's Degrees in Science and Commerce from Monash University, Australia. Jessica commenced her career with KPMG where she assisted organisations from a range of sectors to better understand and deliver to their customers.
