Jihad Dagher

Jihad Dagher is a Senior Economist at the Research Department of the International Monetary Fund. Previously, he worked on the United States and Canada desks. He focuses on financial intermediation, financial regulation, and political economy. His research has been published in top academic journals, including the Journal of Financial Economics, and the Economic Journal. He holds an M.A. in Econometrics from Toulouse School of Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southern California.
