Jocilyn Estes is the program coordinator for the US Development Policy team at the Center for Global Development. She previously worked on research projects focusing on local security and governance in Afghanistan, Somalia, and Iraq. A graduate of New York University Abu Dhabi, Estes holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy with a minor in Social Research and Public Policy. She is interested in the intersection of development policy, security studies, and legal institutions.
