Johann Custodis

Johann Custodis is a Research Fellow at the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick and works on the economic history of India. He received his Master and his PhD in Economic History from the London School of Economics (LSE) and his Master and Doctoral studies were funded by a scholarship from the Economic and Social Science Research Council (ESRC). He has taught courses on the economic history of the European Union and of macroeconomic policy at the LSE and he recently was awarded the First Essay Prize by the Agricultural History Review. The author of various journal articles and book chapters, his research focuses on labour economics, agricultural economics and the economics of war.
