John Parman

Faculty Affiliate at Schroeder Center for Healthy Living, Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Faculty Affiliate of the Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy at William & Mary

John M. Parman received his B.A. in physics and economics from Williams College in 2002 and his Ph.D. in economics from Northwestern University in 2008. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the College of William & Mary, a Faculty Affiliate of the Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy and the Schroeder Center for Health Policy, and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, MA. His research focuses on health and education topics in economic history.
