Joyce Saito

Joyce Miharu Saito is Research Officer in the Strategy, Policy and Review Department at the International Monetary Fund. Her work focuses on debt sustainability analysis of low-income economies and IMF financial operations. She earned her MA in Applied Economics from Georgetown University.
