Juan Delgado

Research Fellow at Bruegel

Juan Delgado joined Bruegel as a Research Fellow in September 2005. Until August 2005, he was the Repsol YPF Fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He worked as an Economist at DG Competition of the European Commission (2001-2004) and with the Spanish telecommunications regulator (1999-2001). Juan holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid and a Master in Economics from the University of Warwick. His research focuses on markets, competition and regulation and, in particular, on energy and climate change policies.
