Julian Metzler is a Financial Stability Expert in the Stress Test Modelling Division of the Directorate General Financial Stability and Macroprudential Policy of the European Central Bank and a post-graduate researcher at the University of Bristol. His research interests cover financial stability and empirical banking, with a focus on interbank markets, risk taking and asset quality. He holds a MSc in economics from the Humboldt University in Berlin.
