Katharina Eck is working at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy of Germany. She received her PhD from the University of Munich in 2013 and her diploma in economics from the University of Regensburg in 2009. Her research interests are in the areas of international trade and development economics, especially trade finance and foreign direct investment.
