Katre Eljas-Taal

Katre Eljas-Taal is a Director of Technopolis Group Baltics. She has 13 years of policy making experience in Estonian public sector in planning and managing European structural funds and cohesion policy - first in the Ministry of Finance and then in the Ministry of Environment. In Technopolis Group she focused on policy analysis and evaluations in areas of research and development, innovation, entrepreneurship and education. She has also worked with regional policy, governance and digital economy issues. She is a qualified expert in organisational development, new business models, change management and cohesion policy. Her recent study on new business models was about developing of monitoring system for measuring economic development of collaborative economy in the EU.
