Lei Sandy Ye is an Economist in the World Bank's Development Prospects group. He holds a PhD in Economics from Cornell University. He was formerly a Research Assistant at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR), and had received his undergraduate and master's degrees from Stanford University.
