Lena Greska is a PhD Candidate in Economics at the University of Munich. She holds a Master’s in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Studies from the University of Munich. Her research interests are in labour and organizational economics and the economics of innovation. She is particularly interested in harnessing the power of big data and machine learning to understand the people behind innovation and science, and currently focuses on specialization in scientific teamwork.
